Objective: Request for Establishment of a Capital/Khan and Sangkat Commission Level to conduct site survey/ measurement on land and houses of people in Boeung Kak Zone which will be on-site developed.
References: - Letter dated on May 20, 2011, from lake residents' representatives.
- Decision Letter No. 11 សស.រក dated on January 20, 2011 of the Capital Hall on the establishment of a commission and sub-commission for the development of Boeung Kak Zone.
Based on the above captioned objective and references, I would like to inform people living in Boeung Kak area that Phnom Penh Capital Hall has agreed to the request for Establishment of a Capital/Khan and Sangkat Commission Level to conduct site survey/ measurement on land and houses of people in Boeung Kak Zone which will be on-site developed by appointing a sub-technical commission of Boeung Kak Development Zone to measure for you. The activity will be commenced in the 2nd week of June 2011. Therefore, all house owners are requested to cooperate with this sub-commission to verify your land size and thumbprint by your neighbors on the documents.
